Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 days.  If an order is placed over the weekend we will begin processing your order on the next business day.  Some of our items are in high demand and often sell out before our inventory system catches up.  We will notify you by email if your order has been impacted and offer you an alternative item or refund you for the item.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation with order tracking information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Haus of the Muse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Haus of the Muse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
